Magic Christmas Card

Here's an oldie but a goodie. This is a swap I made for a Stampin' Up! regional in Fort Worth a couple of years, but I still like the card so I thought I would share. Although this stamp is retired you could use any stamp that would look good colored. How about the Cardinal from the A Cardinal Christmas?
Magic Christmas Card:

Cardstock:

  • Garden Green
  • Cherry Cobbler
  • Very Vanilla
  • Window Sheet (114323)
  •
  •
Accessories:
  • Decorative Label Punch (120907)
  • Victoria 5/8" Crochet Trim (118481)
  • Basic Black 1/8" Taffeta Ribbon (119261)
  • Sticky Strip Adhesive (104294)
  • Pewter Jumbo Eyelets (108432)
  • Crop-A-Dile (108362)
  • Petals-A-Plenty Embossing Folder (116824)
  • Illuminate Top Coat Smooch (121084)
To create this card you start by using the Magic Card technique shown in this post. To get the special shape around the image for the window. Stamp your image on the Cherry Cobbler cardstock and then with a craft knife, cut out around it.

Thanks for stopping by, and remember.....it's cheaper than therapy....and a lot more fun!
